All garments are sold for personal use

in no way are they to be used for promotional purposes unless written consent is provided

Garments are not to be used for Hire purpose or hire business

Unauthorised use of images & brands without consent will be referred for notice & legal action

All rights reserved for images, brands & trade marks 

The Customer, therefore, agrees to act as a Customer and not purchase with the intentions of using the items for commercial purposes such as reselling, putting the items up for rent or hire etc.

The Customer understands that there may be slight differences in colour, due to the different colour settings in different monitors/screens.

 If the ordered product is handmade, or contains handwork, the Customer understands that the product cannot be recreated in a completely identical way, as it’s done by hand and not by machine.

The product will be approximately 90-95% the same if the beading and material used is the same as the promoted product.

Tariffs & duties may be payable in the country of origin. Custom duties may be charged by your local authority. This is additional to your purchase, and we have no control over it, as it has been applied by your local customs authority.
