Choose carefully, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED due to change of mind, refer to size chart before purchasing or contact us to help with fit

If your dress does not fit it can be exchanged for another size

If you choose to make a claim for return acceptance is not guaranteed

If a return has been approved, garment must have all original tags attached, in original packaging, unworn, undamaged & free of any stains

Returns claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package. You will be advised of the outcome & process. 

Sale items are final & not returnable 

If your return is accepted

Buyer must return shipping at your expense

Store credit will be issued LESS 20% restocking fee 

Custom made garments cannot be returned

Altered garments cannot not be returned
 
How will I get my refund from my return?
If the return right is exercised & accepted you will be issues a store credit less 20% restocking fee
